Why it matters

An Agent Skills index lets a site publish a list of agent skills with SHA-256 digests of the SKILL.md content. Agents can then install and verify the skills.

How to fix it

Publish /.well-known/agent-skills/index.json with a digest for each skill.

  1. Write a SKILL.md for each task that agents do on your site.

  2. List the skills in the index with name, type, description, url and digest.
