Form label coverage

Why it matters

AI agents interact with forms via the accessibility tree, which maps labels to inputs. Without proper label associations, AI agents cannot determine what data a form field expects, making form interaction unreliable or impossible.

How to fix it

Give each form field a visible label that is linked with for and id.

1. Add a label element for each input, select and textarea.

   <label for="email">Email</label>
   <input id="email" name="email" type="email">

2. Use aria-label only when a visible label is not possible.
