NLWeb ask endpoint

Why it matters

NLWeb lets an agent ask a site a question and get schema.org results back. A working /ask endpoint gives agents a direct answer path instead of a crawl. The check is informational and gives no points.

How to fix it

Serve NLWeb at /ask with schema.org results.

1. Answer GET /ask?query=... with JSON that has a results array.

2. Give each result a schema.org object, and support streaming=false for a plain JSON answer.
